DOMESTIC ORDER:

Processing Time: 

We offer a wide level of customisation for size and colour. For this reason all our orders are made to order and are processed once the order is placed. 

We take around 5- 10 working days for any order to be processed depending on the order quantity before shipping them. 

TYPES OF SHIPPING AVAILABLE

We provide two modes of shipping to our domestic customers:

Normal Shipping:  By Surface Transport which takes up to 7-10 business days once the order is shipped

Express Shipping:  By Air Transport which takes up to 4-5 business days once the order is shipped

All orders will be charged a Shipping, Fumigation & Handling based on actuals. DUTIES & TAXES WILL BE EXTRA FOR ALL ORDERS (Charges may vary depending upon volume, weight & fragility)

 

PACKAGING

All items are carefully handmade and packaged at our workshop to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the delicate items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately email our Customer Service at customercare@bombaymill.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM). 

DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for processing the order from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. For re-shipping the missed package, the charges will be borne by the customer. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code, email address, mobile number and alternate contact number in the delivery address as it will help in making a hasslefree delivery.

An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped, for a complete update of our delivery. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@bombaymill.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM). We will revert back to you in 2-3 business days.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

bombaymill.com offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.

We also offer Cash Before Delivery as a special service to our valued guests. This service is only applicable for domestic customer on request. CBD or Cash Before Delivery is an alternate method of payment that we extend to our valued guests, other than any online payments. In the CBD payment method or CBD service, you will have to deposit the cash in our Bank account. We will process the order, once the payment is reflected in our Bank account. Customer based in USA can make the payment through Swift transfer. RETURN POLICY

Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at bombaymill.com. We ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. All our products are made to order as we provide a range of sizes in our product. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product is not the item selected during order confirmation.

If you identify a major quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery. 

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS:

Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by a mail to our Customer Service at customercare@bombaymill.com.

Please mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to customercare@bombaymill.com. Please mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process. Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

For Domestic Order:

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 working days for delivery at our warehouse.

Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 working days of receiving it. 

For International Orders:

The shipping cost cannot be reversed back. Only the product cast can be reversed in the form of credit note.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc in case of domestic order.

Product should be unused and in the original condition.

Product can be returned for a Credit note with a 6 months validity, processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.

bombaymill.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a credit note. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

REFUND POLICY:

All refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Credit notes with a validity of 6 months and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. No cancellations will be entertained once the order is processed

The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at customercare@bombaymill.com. We will issue a credit note to you in 2-3 business days once the cancellation is processed.

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and bombaymill.com shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or losses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
