DOMESTIC ORDER

Processing Time:

We offer a wide level of customisation in terms of size, colour and specifications. For this reason, all our products are made to order and processing begins only once the order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

We generally require approximately 5 to 10 working days for processing an order, depending on the order quantity and level of customisation, prior to dispatch.


TYPES OF SHIPPING AVAILABLE

We provide the following two modes of shipping to our domestic customers:

Normal Shipping: By Surface Transport, which usually takes 7 to 10 business days once the order has been shipped.

Express Shipping: By Air Transport, which usually takes 4 to 5 business days once the order has been shipped.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Processing Time:

International orders are made to order and processed only after the order is placed and confirmed. Processing time generally ranges between 5 to 10 working days, depending on order quantity and customisation.

All international orders are charged shipping, fumigation and handling costs based on actuals. Duties and taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.


PACKAGING

All items are carefully handmade and packaged at our workshop to prevent damage during transit. High quality protective materials are used to ensure that products reach customers in safe and secure condition.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the shipment and immediately inform our Customer Service team.


DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION

Orders are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment to us.

Customers will receive shipment and tracking details via email after dispatch. For re-shipping of returned packages, additional charges shall be borne by the customer.


PAYMENT POLICY

Bombaymill.com offers multiple payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking. All payment information is processed through secure and compliant payment gateways to ensure data safety.

Cash Before Delivery (CBD) is offered as a special service for domestic customers upon request. Orders under CBD are processed only after payment is received in our bank account.


RETURN POLICY

Simplicity, transparency and security are integral to our online shopping experience. As our products are made to order, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.


RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our Customer Service team along with clear images of the issue and complete order details.

Once the return request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged and the product will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Approved refunds are issued in the form of credit notes with a validity of six months and are processed within 7 working days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests are accepted only if raised within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
